PC’s and Components are fully aware how important an efficient and prompt delivery service is to our customers.

Our parcels are delivered by DPD Local who have, year on year proved themselves to be one of the most efficient couriers around, providing a consistently high success rate compared to their competitors.

Website Delivery Options & Charges

Any website order worth over £500 inc VAT is  FREE DELIVERY ! *

Incremental charges will be applied for any order over the listed weights above for AM, Pre 10:30 and Saturday deliveries.



  • For next day delivery please ensure your order is completed before 17:25 Monday -  Friday.
  • Next day delivery applies to UK mainland only. Deliveries to Scottish Highlands, Ireland or the Channel Islands may take 2 working days.
  • There may be a surcharge applied for certain addresses (N. Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle Of Man, Scottish And Scilly Isles.
  • The above delivery charges apply to web orders only. Please contact your account manager to discuss over the phone charges.

In the exceptional circumstance that the order is over £500 but the weight of the order makes free shipping unviable, we will contact you to work out the best solution for both parties.


At PC’s and Components we endeavor to make the returning of faulty items as smooth as we can with the aim to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

In the unlikely event that a product is faulty, the first thing to do is to submit an RMA. Once this has been logged with our returns department a member of our team will contact you to discuss the options available.

PLEASE NOTE: The majority of products we stock come with a manufacturers warranty which we have to adhere to. We are constantly in talks with the manufacturers to ensure all returns are dealt with as quickly as possible.
Any items that are deemed to have customer induced damage (i.e. bent pins on a motherboard) will be processed under a chargeable repair.

For stock rotation and Customer Error returns:

  • Approval for return is at PC’s and Components discretion and is subject to a 10% restocking fee
  • Credit will be raised at the current market value or price paid whichever is lower (before restocking fee is applied)
  • Customer returns shall be in immaculate condition and unopened and customer is responsible for associated freight costs
  • PC’s and Components reserves the right to refuse to credit any product(s) not in a satisfactory condition
